> 主旨：茲公告本校95學年度第1學期學生申辦就學貸款相關事宜。
> 說明：
> 一、申請日期：自95年8月1日（星期二）起至9月13日（星期三）中午12時止。
>
> 二、申請資格：
> (一)學生本人及父母（已婚者為配偶）合計之家庭年收入：
> １、符合中低收入家庭標準者（目前訂為114萬元(含)以下），就學及緩繳期間貸款利息由政府全額補貼，其後利息由借款人自行負擔。
> ２、家庭年收入逾114萬元至120萬元（含）者，就學及緩繳期間貸款利息由政府半額補貼，其後利息由借款人自行負擔，且應自貸款撥款日次月起每月繳付利息，半額利息由借款人自行負擔。
> ３、家庭年收入超過120萬元，且家中有二位子女就讀高中以上學校者，貸款利息不予補貼，且應自貸款撥款日次月起每月繳付利息。
> (二)學生本人、法定代理人、配偶、保證人，需具有中華民國國籍，並有戶籍登記者。但保證人如為父母，僅一方具有中華民國國籍並有戶籍登記，且雙方已同盡納稅義務者。
> (三)學生不需要提出中低收入家庭證明，由學校統一造冊報財政部財稅資料中心查詢。
> 三、申請方式：請至學務處申請作業網頁中，網址：http://www.studentaffairs.nsysu.edu.tw/完成資料登錄後下載，連同戶籍謄本（戶口名簿亦可）及申請人郵局儲簿影本乙份，於截止時間內送至生輔組（行政大樓5樓）承辦人處辦理，就學貸款作業流程表如附件。
> 四、辦理對保單位為高雄銀行所屬各地分行，先行至銀行網頁填寫資料後，列印「就學貸款撥款通知書」三份，攜帶對保相關資料至銀行辦理對保手續，對保模式採教育階段簽約（如大學、碩士班、博士班各為一教育階段），第一次申請時，學生應邀保證人同行親自辦理；同一階段第二次以後對保，由學生本人親自辦理即可。
> 五、(一)需要貸學分費學生：包括延畢補修學分、修習教育學程、研究所及在職專班學生。
> (二)不需貸學分費學生：包括大學部學生及研究所已修畢學分學生。
> 六、對保時間：
> (一)不需貸學分費學生：自95年8月1日（星期二）起至9月18日（星期一）止。
>
> (二)需要貸學分費學生：加退選確定後，持繳費單於10月23日（星期一）起至10月31日（星期二）止，至高雄銀行所屬各地分行辦理對保手續。
> 七、遺失學雜費繳費單同學可至出納組首頁列（補）印學雜費繳費單辦理對保事宜。
> 八、對保完成後，請將高雄銀行就學貸款撥款通知書第二聯，於9月18日（需要貸學分費人員延至10月31日）前繳回承辦人處，該學期貸款手續學生部分即告完成。
> 九、就學貸款申請表（含相關資料）及對保資料無法親送生輔組辦理者，請以掛號郵寄（郵戳為憑）至高雄市鼓山區蓮海路70號生輔組。未依規定時間前繳回者，均視同放棄申請。
